I've tried it and I have to say it's a lot better since you can potentially throw it out 2+ times in extended fights. Flay is used mostly to peel anyway, and leveling it doesn't reduce the cooldown."

Every other item doesn't require you to farm for an hour straight for you to benefit out of it. If not, you're selling it later which"
