"Rylais won't give you a permaslow, it doesn't proc on Q and E is hard to hit unless you're fighting 1v1 in the jungle.

First, you have to find the role you like most, like AP Mid, Solo Top, jungler, AD Carry bot, or Support.
Then you find champions in those roles you enjoy playing as. "
