40 Armor and Mres from a passive is a lot, about 1.5k gold worth.
Compared to other passives, its pretty good.
Its pretty good 1v1 as well, because most of the time 1v1 happens in the early stages, so 4 Armor/Mres is like a ~5% damage reduction."
