"IMHO he needs a buff.
His kit is nice, yes, but his stats are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
50 AD at level 1 (low low low low LOW, most AP Mids have more)
16 Armor at level 1 (zzz so squishy 2 shotted by lee sin)
0.658 Attack Speed (I think, he attacks SO SLOW without W or items)
