Bottom line is, doran's shield start is good with SV Quints.
kennen has the mobility from lightning rush to not start boots, SV Quints and regen can supply more sustain than boots 3 pots. You also get extra bulk, and without hard CC it's difficult to burst through 600 hea"

"W is generally better against most melee champions, heavy pushers, or farm fest lanes.
Q is better in an aggressive lane (so you can burst/kill, or sustain off spell vamp) or if you're stomping so hard the jungler doesn't matter, so you can E through minions and Q.

"His ult actually has 45% ratio because it does 150% damage on champions.
At max Cdr it's on a .5 second cooldown.
So yeah it's pretty insane DPS, and the other team won't even be able to reach you.
But I like AP ezreal better because his ult is global and he has higher burst ;D"
