Giants Belt
Then go into AP offtank with items like
Rylais, Abyssal, Lich Bane if fed, Randuins, and try to fit in a Wits.
Or I go offtank and go
Wits, Frozen Mallet, Atmas, Randuins, and Force of Nat"

I don't usually go into the enemy jungle, but when I do I'm usually fed.
Farming your own wraiths while waiting for the creep waves to reach equilibrium is a fast and safe way to get ahead. Not like going to your jungle is considered overextending."
