"I don't think Bilge is a very good item for Yasuo in lane. It's a lot better to rush Shiv.
Additionally, I've been seeing a lot Yasuos in games and probuilds buy Shiv > IE > Situational and save BoRK for a last or second to last item. You might want to look into that, I've tried that build "
