"I'm going to +1 this because it's a well written guide, and personally I think AP ezreal outshines AD.
I do have a few suggestions though.

I would skip the doran's ring. I feel that because ezreal has pitiful movespeed and no natural sustain, boots of speed and 3 pots"

Build philosopher's stone into shurelya's reverie, and exhange ghost for flash. Getting both gp5 items and not building them into anything is kind of useless, imo.
