Mostly because 3v3 is so unbalanced that a fed slightly OP champion can go 1v3 and carry a team. Then I let out my undying rage on TT and feel better about going 15/0.

I actually found three things that, imo, make him weak-ish: Low base AS, unreliable slow and his early game is half-luck, half-skill.
