"You shouldn't be going for a Deathcap that early as Anivia anyway. You want a LOT of mana to make up for her ridiculous mana costs. Also, her base damages are already really high so you do a billion damage even without a lot of AP.

"You shoulda built a Bork and/or Trinity Force + Randuins. IE Youmuus isn't really good.
imo lane Noc is pretty good, he's one of the stronger duelists in the game. Not a lot of champions can 1v1 a level 3 Noc. "
