"In my opinion, evelynn and heca are not in S + because eve is easy to play and leave behind, something that does not happen with lillia or fidd and heca because there are better bruiser options like kayn and Xin Zhao "

"Well Singed support aren't the best support but its really good in some matchs(VS MELEE ONLY)and the strategy is try to get early kills with the E W "combo" and roam with the jg to get kills and on teamfights be really annoying.....Maybe i will make a guide for this "
