"You might want to reread what I wrote. I'm saying to Q max first as that's where the majority of your ganking power comes from, and fiddle has no health or time issues with his clear due to w. And please, when making a guide, do not require people to comment to vote."

"Maxing w instead of putting 3 points into w then maxing q in inefficient. Fiddle has issues with being invaded and electrocute slightly helps with that issue."
