I like the idea of Lich bane, since malph is so slow.

"I like the abyssal for the MR, but Rylai's is GREAT because you can slow by like 90% with your Q.
It's all about preference, and I encourage you to stick with what you like best.
Guides should be flexible guidelines not unbreakable rules. "

It already has max CDR, the masteries don't factor in and they give 9%.
