Soraka will end up being a DPS Mage with a couple of crappy heals, so she'll actually need the HP to use starcall and infuse offensively.

"When you have 11 base armor, Ashe (or any AD carry) with ArPen marks literally deals true damage to you.
IMO Wish has always needed some sort of nerf, because it's friggin ridiculous that I can heal over 1200 damage to my entire team with a full AP build.
