"ELO is based on how many kills/deaths/assists you get, and I would assume kills are rated the highest out of the three. In a game where someone goes something like 5-2-30 and half of their assists were kills stolen by other players, the people who stole the kills end up with higher ELO ratings even "

"It's only useful to rush on Ashe (and maybe Tryn) because of her (and his obviously) passive, most other crit champions don't have any natural crit increasing passives/abilities. "
