"I always find the extra bit of mana regen from the three glyphs goes a long way early game, but it's also perfectly fine to just run all AP glyphs if that's your preference. "

"It kinda depends on the lane which one I prefer, I use both pretty much interchangeably. I don't strictly prefer it, it was just what I was using more often, primarily because that extra mana off of assists can be really helpful."
