"Astral Blessing is better if you're going more defensive or are in a rough lane. Starcall pokes really well if you can land it consistently. I just prefer to max Q unless the lane is going badly, in which case I swap and max W. I would always go Q>W or W>Q though. Maxing E second isn't"
