I really have no idea...I was expecting to lose this game tbh. I died a bit more than I'd like, but two of those times I got 4 of them to chase me and Cait got away, which might be why she said I'm "de best". not really sure though. Thresh "

"I think if you want to make it so a guide can't be -scouted without +scouts that's fine, but let me present a scenario to you:
let's say I write a guide for Ezreal and it's really bad.
I hit gold V and the guide is now featured.
you can't remove the featured status unless someone +scouts it. "
