"well, that's not entirely true.
it's reasonable to grab the magic pen in offense over the armor pen on Phoenix jungle...I just run 9 utility because he doesn't need the offense to clear."

And I took ignite because I like having ignite on ADCs, plus it was blind pick so I had no idea what I was up against...and got Zephyr to reduce all the freaking slows and shit.
Not that the ignite mattered, allies still didn't know when to stop/when to not start auto-inn"
