Frozen heart weirdness
So I was messing with one of my guides and noticed I had a random 20% attack speed I shouldn't've had...through a bit of random testing I found that the attack speed bonus has something to do with...

They are both viable mastery sets....it just depends entirely on how you play...
I happen to like 21-0-9 on a few casters...but I also like 9-0-21...
