Posted a Comment: "It does, alot. Runes are what make jungling pre-20 so hard. Really you shouldnt have any runes before 20, and you should have about 10k IP saved up to get at least one decent runepage."

That and make her slow do dot damage on the person she has it attached to, after an initial small burst of damage, would be a great improvement to the ability. Those 2 changes alone would revolution"

Also your choice of character means alot. Warwick and Nunu are probably the 2 easiest junglers to run pre-30, since they both"
