"Akali is a situational pick, that doesnt mean she needs a buff. Nobody says fizz, talon, or orianna need buffs, but they are all pretty damn situational.

"Rylai's effects do not activate on 'next basic attack' spells, such as ace of spades, so i doubt kayle's w would proc it. Its far more likely that FM would be useful there. However I do know that it works on voli's ult. And I don't think it works with other items at all, aside from DFG.
