Posted a Comment: "Up to lvl 10, feel free to spend your IP on cheap champs and occasionally a more expensive one that you really click with. From 10-20 save your IP for runes. At 20, buy a runepage full of runes that fit either a role (like you said, ap support, ad jungle, something) OR buy runes that work real"
