"I've been playing Veigar a while and I like the item build but I agree with xenrift and I think you should max out the stun before Dark Matter so you can land the hit and if your quick maybe even put in a Baleful Strike, but nontheless I like it:D +1"

"I'm not gonna vote because I like some of the items but I could go without Hextech Gunblade and Frozen Mallet and put in a MADREDS BLOODRAZOR and a Black Cleaver or something, but I like the other items."
