Ultra safe junglers. Good to start with if you don't have runes yet. Start with twin golems and just approach the jungle very cautiously, if you don't think you can defeat a camp with your current health just don't do it. There isn't much pressure on junglers at low level"

"there is no speed cap and I'm not really sure what your movement speed has to do with your build order. (also there's no such thing as "haste" in this game) vayne doesn't really need to build much movement speed because of her passive and her ult.
