Also does Rake In every Level less damage then the Q.
Talon is made to kill the Carry in Teamfights first and tehn get out with much hp so u have to do much singletarget damage."

Noxian Diplomacy is his strongest spell
For an Example if u get all the Items that i tell u do like 1600 dmg with Q on Carrys and have 55% crit chance.
Also attack speed is dumb for Talon cause if u use ur Q and w they are already dead."

cause it does most dmg and i dont play him mid thats a completly different situation wtf.
i play him for a long time and tried nearly every build and i dont buy blodthirster cause liefsteal only shows it's effect on hitting mult"
