"But Malphite also has his mana problems in the top lane but he's played freguently anyway. With an early chalice (which you sell later on) you can solve most mana issues pretty well."

Smart Cast Questions
I have never used smart cast, is it something you would recommend?
And also, if I smart cast a lock-on spell will it hit the one my cursor is hovering over?
