How would it work to build AP based tanks and such as AD bruisers in a trolly normal game? Think AD bruiser Leona, Nautilus, Sejuani, Nunu. All of these have ridiculously good...

When can I report?
If I call mid and choose a champ, and then someone else says mid after me and insta-locks another champ, can I report him/her then after the game?
