"Too short, little effort, starting with tumble is a huge mana waste, Doran's blade is also a waste at the start, try taking dagger or boots, it will keep you in the lane longer. Armor Pen runes are also a legit waste if you're using silver bolts."

"I honestly think rushing tumble first is a terrible idea, silver bolts is definitely the way to go, and starting off with Doran's blade is simply a waste."
