"I tried your theory craft in mid lane (electrecute and rocket build you provided) and I must say it is op. You can get fed easily early game and that's it, you spiral out of control and on shot squishy late game. I tried Luden's and rocket belt and imo rocket belt synergises better. In the last 5~6 "
