Posted a Comment: Jun 9th, 2012 "I feel that Viktor is more of a control mage. He doesnt do as much DPS as Cassiopeia, but he completely locks down areas of the battle. I just feel he's hard to learn and doesn't give as much of a reward as Morg or Cassie."

It is way easier to hit a dark binding than a noxious blast, and, once hit, most intelligent foes will back the **** out before you can rip them to shreds. Also, Morg's spellshield is one of the greatest anti-gank moves in the world."
