Right now I can't do ranked at all. Every time I do, I get held down by people who yell "PICK ORDER" or "I CHOSE FIRST" Ah the perks of 'bronze V' huh? As it stands I am still awaiting team builder and yasuo to be released, viktor is still my main mid yet, he's still not getting much play time. It's almost like the recession of the league, and not just for me neither. Let me tell you why...
Mid lane and support roles have been unfairly BUTCHERED by the new damn heimerdinger "upgrade". Why did I use speech marks? Because it's a freakin' downgrade, some may argue, but that's their brain deformity. It may have benefit a small percentage of heimerdinger players, the ones that don't give a toss about how to play him, they just want to have an easy game... You know, all the heimy players that DON'T play ranked? The reason I used the term 'downgrade' is because the one and only time I played heimerdinger was thankfully before this pathetic excuse for a kit rework, he was hard to play, and provided a challenge in order to do well. Now I see people playing heimerdinger, at level 6 getting high scores, simply because of this stupid monstrosity, and just to think; All it requires is ONE button! Congrats Riot, you've created another karthus ult, just a tiny bit more annoying, huge difference in cooldowns, different champ, different button, same reactions.
Katarina's base damage and flat out ultimate damage is completely xin zhao x40. I mean cmon Riot, since when did this become acceptable? Big boobs means big damage? Well how's about we see a huge damage boost on urgot? Those jugs could stop world thirst!
I'm not going to leave the fact that there's a tumor on the brain of every single viktor player, veigar player, ezreal player, malphite player, caitlyn player, skillshot landing player across the world, and that tumor is called Fizz. What kind of a mage/assassin has the AP capacity bigger than yi's post-nerf kit? Yep, this guy. Who will riot not touch just incase of losing a few thousand fan-girls who adore this one champ because they think he's cute? Uh-huh, Fizz.

And believe me I will be staying bronze for quite a while, this division system is broke as hell, it bases which division/stage you are at based upon your losses to wins, and being honest I did ***** my first 28-35 games of season 3 which heavily disadvantaged me, but regardless of my improvements I am stuck in bronze V because of all the losses which have torn me apart. But thats a different issue and I'm not gonna be posting rants as every single one of my posts because even I'll get bored of it eventually, haha.
I would just like to point out if I may that you said both "of course she deals more damage than xin zhao" but then not too long afterwards said "and quite weak right now" And maybe you should read a little clearer next time, I did no such thing as rant about: Veigar, Malphite, and Caitlyn. I said "there is a tumor on the brain of every veigar player, ezreal player, malphite player, and caitlyn player, and any champ with skillshots, and that tumor is called fizz." I have a problem with fizz, not the other champs. Mid lane and bot lane HAVE been butchered, however you wouldn't know half of it as your signature ironically proves this for me "support main" Not many people dare to go heimerdinger support as much (as a result of the teambuilder news) So I'll give you that, but mid's not how it used to be. And if I need to say this twice then you have something wrong with you: Heimerdinger is an easy to play champ now, back before the overhaul it's positioning depended on who it hit, fortunately or unfortunately depending on which way you want to look at it, you had to be pretty close to the champ in order for it to hit and do even half the damage it does now.
Basically, thanks for the tiny advise on an early build starter for countering fizz, but nothing's going to change my opinion on any of the champs listed. If you wanna change someone's opinion then you've more than likely come to the wrong place, But anyone's opinion is valid.
I'm a support main. My secondary role is actually mid lane, and I can conclude that I play mid lane a lot better than you. Barely anything was changed to mid lane this season - trinkets were added. Besides that, nerfs and buffs have been handed out. Nothing drastic has occurred. No new items have been added for them.
Bot lane is still similar. Supports are a tad stronger, but vision is less abundant. I guess that's a bit of an issue, but I wouldn't go as far as butchered. Besides that, it's just a meta shift - it's more about burst damage and utility this far (Lucian, Jinx, Sivir).
And yes, I said she deals damage, but she's weak. Katarina is not a strong pick in any situation; she deals damage if you she gets put against a 0 CC team who refuses to stun her, and manages to feed her resets. Any APC deals damage, not all of them are strong.
I used to play pre-rework Heimerdinger frequently, in fact I mained him at one point. You certainly seem to be trying to desperately defend your weak point. Heimerdinger was never really a high skill champion. You just had to keep your distance, harass with rockets. The hardest part was landing your E, nothing more.
Also, I'm sorry I mistook your "I hope players of these champions get tumours" as saying you don't understand how to play against them. It's just it sounds like the sort of response someone would say to a champion who wrecked them consistently.
But yeah, you're right, trying to change the opinion of someone who uses the term 'Elo hell' is impossible. Stay bronze, mate.

Katarina is an APC, of course she deals more damage than Xin Zhao. Also she's ridiculously easy to deal with, and quite weak right now. If you cancel her ultimate, she practically deals no damage. If you're a Viktor main, you should be able to beat her.
Out of all those champions you listed (Veigar, Ezreal, Malphite, Caitlyn & Fizz), none of them are really that big of an issue. You're simply lacking experience, and also skill. To beat Fizz, you just build an early
Mid lane and bot lane haven't been butchered at all, and there's nothing wrong with ranked. You really need to stop being sour towards a group of champions that are actually bad but you're unable to deal with them / play them.
You got some fair points I'll give you that, but as I may have put this completely the wrong way I'll fix it here.
Katarina IS easy at the early stages and is never too big a worry for me. I guess the thing I was really trying to get at was the fact they have made it WAY too easy for her to come back from being shut down by giving her huge base damage on her ult. I may have been tired when I wrote this, but I'll be sure to make it clearer. And as a response to the Q thing: You'd be surprised at how easy you can screw up his Q (which sounds stupid considering it's a single target spell) when the only signal you have that kat's about to use her ult is a 0.5 second warning where she schunpo's to you.
You just max Q in lane and she can't do **** besides throwing knives to farm and hoping that won't push the wave and deny herself furter. Or gank.
