"Trying to learn more champs besides top laners, and I've found my calling with yasuo. my only problem is that people keep getting away from me with 1hp. Would running a move speed item like phantom dancer help?

"I’m pretty new to the game but want to branch out and learn someone besides Yi because he’s cheap and I’ve fallen in love with Ornn. With this build, are the runes super important or can I mix and match them? Some other general tips would be appreciated as well if you don’t mind sharing :D"
