The point of building hybrid is to escape the abysmal early game AD TF has, so you should start off skilling like AP TF, maxing E last so you'll have your E by the time AP stops paying dividends and AD starts. Posted a Comment: "I registered just to downvote your build and add that in that obviously you will do a lot of damage if you build items with actives and summoner spells that do damage/debuff other people. The thing is, if you did this build on like, say Xerath, you would be doing a lot more damage from a safer range"
