"bro isnt it better static instead of phantom??? I think my friends told me static is better cuz u can burst.... ill try this build!! :) and is it good 35% attack speed and 9 armor for trynda??? and i want to get dia :)) im plat 4 and only play with retards and im demoted... ;(("
