runes

I'm fairly certain that's wrong. Riot also doesn't want to change runes too much because of how much IP have been invested into them by players. When I read about these changes (shortly before pres4) there were definitely still quints, they just didn't have a primary stat.

They haven't given many details but I'd expect to see the new runes this month or early January. They're supposed to be changing the focus of the different kinds of runes to offense for marks, defense for seals, utility for glyphs and anything for quints. I'm guessing this means that all defensive runes will be primary in seals, including MR and stuff.

I also saw a few mentions of some of the new runes they were testing, including hybrid defense seals (armor/MR), MS glyphs and gp10 glyphs.
