Rod of Ages can be sold later. Especially end-game.
Before Will, get Archangel. Then do Will. Then sell Rod of Ages and buy Rylai.
Finish with Guardian or Zhonya.
Think that's a better way.

"It depends. Tear is good because of its stack.
Rabadon's good simply because of lot of AP but also 30% AP increase.
The combination of Tear and Rabadon is therefor already nice.
However: why I said to get Rabadon asap is not to say instead of Tears or Tier 2 boots. It is just your primary AP it"
