Try to minimise the colours you're using. It kind of hurts my eyes.
It's simple and covers most points pretty well.
Not too sure if the caps lock on pros/cons was intentional.
Try to refine this, this could become a pretty good guide.

You'll need to name the chapters and start coding to make this look better. This is very hard to read as of right now. Also needs to be a bit more in-depth.

"Wonderful guide. Good formatting, pleasant to look at.
Maybe you could add more summoner spell suggestions, or explain why others aren't viable. For example, Teleport could be used to gank or split push."
