"Kha'zix is in a pretty balanced spot right now in the meta. Not too overpowered but not too weak. A strong pick but not necessarily ban worthy.
Top 5 counters would be (from 1 being the hardest to 5 the easiest but still hard):
1. Graves
2. A good Lee Sin
3. Elise
4. Rengar
5. Nocturne.

"If you're wanting to run QEW with a hydra I'd say the standard Warrior > Tiamat > Ghostblade works just fine. After that you can run duskblade + last whisper item, or build situationally.
You can also go Warrior > Tiamat > Black Cleaver > Duskblade to help synergise with the evolve"
