"It is entirely personal preference, but thats not to say that there aren't any pros and cons to go with them. With normal cast you get to know your ranges and such since you can see the skillshot ranges and all that. You don't get that with smartcast, but it does allow you to cast abilities quicker "

"Thanks for reading! If you like a tankier build you can replace your defensive damage item for a defensive item instead. Sterak's Gage works well if you want that because it still gives you a bit of AD and makes you tankier."
