and yea this is a glass cannon build. in order to succeed with it, you need to master the champion. played correctly, wukong does not get chased down or caught out of position. that being said, there's nothing wrong with going with a little"

fight if you think you have a chance
really the best way to counter counter-jungling is to jungle fast. be very mobile, and gank as much as possible. your opponents will find you less predictable.

and tolu, while you're right about armor pen, armor reduction debuffs are applied before armor pen. so % reduction is actually applied before flat pen, although % reduction only affects base armor >.>"
