Posted a Comment: "Yea I see how building him tankier is better than going full ap. Played my first ranked Singed in the new patch and went up againt a Sion and I had problem trading with him. He would just slow me with his E and then continue to charge his q and run away afterwards. So I'm wondering what to do when "
