Posted a Comment: Aug 27th, 2011 "Teemo isn't necessarily a crit based hero, in my opinion. Crits are nice and all, and they happen plenty. But getting his fast, poisonous, heavy hits through the enemy's armor is more the functionality I go for. Thanks for the feedback guys!"
