"the guide is incomplete...when you make a jungle guide you must include a jungle route and a ganking section- not to mention the champion's role late game, teamfights etc.
this is not a guide , this is just item, rune, masteries recommendations.

"Don't write a guide before you reach lvl 30 because now you have a different aspect of the game( even if the guide is for beginners you must be a better player than them).
This is not a general guide. You need a cheatsheet.
