"Someone actually noted that my math is incorrect. I divided Physical by Magic dmg, not Physical by Total dmg, so if you calculate Physical/(Physical + Magical) = 36%. So it's not has high as 40%, but 36% is still more than enough to justify the Hybrid runes.
