"I did some checking and notice Garen has a similar ability.
Damage Reduction: 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 / 36 %
This character wasn't supposed to be as durable as other beefy chars. So the damage reduction shouldn't be more than 25% at maxed level. Further maybe have a similar trigger to Nocturn"

Well the effect isn't persistent. It only lasts for some seconds. It's a good way to shrug some damage but it can't be trusted that muc"
