Views: 280 Stuck in Elo Hell.

Alright, so I had all but forgotten about having a MOBAFire account. Recently, I have been trying to play ranked games, and raise my Elo. Currently my Elo is slightly above 800.
Part 1: Champion Select.
During this part of the game (provided I'm not the last pick) I request to Jungle by saying in chat "I prefer to jungle please." Depending on the nature of the team, and those in queue, determines if I get the role I ask for, btw my strongest.
Depending on the comp of the friendly team, and the enemy team, I chose between the various junglers I am proficient with, primarily Udyr and Diana.
In the past, I have had people lower pick than I call jungle after me, and then get angry with me whenever I continue with my original plans.
Part 2: Early Game
I am a fast jungler. I keep up with the solo lanes up until around my second gank or so.
THE BIGGEST ISSUE THAT I FACE is keeping the friendly team friendly. I have found that the thing that destroys teams fastest, quicker than feeders, are toxic players on your own team. When people start to blame each other, its all over from there, you may as well surrender at 20. In turn you can do this to the enemy team. In my case , achieving this is accomplished with a few highly successful ganks.
The other big issue is this: Laners who ***** and moan because I don't gank their lane enough. I ask this, provided anyone actually reads this, how am I to keep everyone happy? Our ADC shouts gank bot! When I go bot they are either pushed to far, or enemy team is MIA. I try to explain my situation, while remaining as polite as possible, and nothing seems to work. I need help.

I can give you 2 advices:
- Quit ranked and wait for Season 3. When we get our ELO wiped we can start over again and try to get lucky this time.
- Keep playing Ranked but don't look at it as a serious match. Look at it as a normal game where even if your teammates feed or fight you still do your best and try to win. But even if you lose you shouldn't give a damn if your ELO is so low. Who knows..maybe your bad luck might go away and you might go on a huge winning streak.
