Posted a Comment: "I build him like any other ranged ad. lol. From whatnI saw he ripped everyone apart Greavs, IE, PD, and LW. Riot basically made a poke comp AD Carry. He is by no means using his Q in trades. So I dunno. He is basically a mix of Cait, Vayne, MF, and Sejuaini ability wise."

Randuin's cripples him extremely hard in teamfights. The fact that an ITEM makes him near useless, is enough for me to not think he is viable."

He needs blue donated to him for him to be able to do much for very long. And no. Philo Stone does not magically solve his mana issues."
