Posted a Comment: "Oh and out of personal preferrence, I get overload first as it helps me last-hit inbetween autoattacks with its low cooldown... and by lvl 3 I can harass with a level 2 low cd overload as opposed to the high cd flux."

Posted a Comment: "Oh right, forgot to vote. =D And I disagree with the one voted against you. The Ionian boots provide enough CDR as long as you are always mobile inbetween casts. Topped with an ignite & ghost summoner spells... I've been able to catch up and kill whoever I want to once there's an opportunity"

Posted a Comment: "I'm 9-0 normal as Ryze and I just downloaded this game last week! This is an incredible build! I even carried a game that was 4v5 with it! 22-4-18. The only change I would make would be to pick up that one Mres item sometime inbetween the rods... and if you see them also building Mres, I'd recom"
