"E is your burst,it makes more damage,Q is finisher spell only,and harass on first lvl.Lets say you have rene top,with chain mail,your q becomes uselles ,but you can burst him with e and finish him with ignite,stun,Q and a few AA.E makes more damage to champs,then minions,read the spells :) and E is"
